complaint on ameriloan

I am complaining about amerilaon payday loan.&#160 I was trying to find na loan and did put thrunan application with ameriloan.&#160 I never agreed towards their terms. The next thing I know I see on my bank stmt that on 8/28 a check was deposited and I never realized this was done because I never agreed to the terms nor did I know the $$ was in my acct and I still can't figure it was by goingn over my stmt and checkbook I can't see the $$ in my balance....it's not fair. I didn't agree to terms or for deposit. I can't pay this amt every month to repay this loan.&#160 Help me please.
