chase credit card late fees

US chase has the most horrible customer service. I have been a loyal customer and have 3 cards with them and over 20 thousand outstanding. I am working to pay off the cards and i made what i thought was a final payment on one of the three cards. I payed on line 1 day late and they socked me with a huge fee. When i called to have it removed as a courtesy they were rude would not transfer me to a supervisor. I was hung up on several times. I really felt like i was being treated like a cash pig to them . no loyalty no customer service and an attitude that they could give a flying hoot about you. I have never been treated this poorly and now i cant help wishing that we just let these mierable companies fail. Why did we give them billions of dollars. This is where their attitude has come from and we all suffer as a result. I can not wait to pay off my debt and flip them all the bird as they go out of business while begging for my business and die a quick financial death. Long gone are the days where customers in this area were valued.
