Tired of the abuse......

I visited store # 3199 in Elizabeth City, NC on October 16, 2009. I made an order of $25.36 which I pay with two bills of $20.00 ($40.00) and 36 cents. When they gave me all the food I let them know that I'm waiting for my cash back of $15.00. The manager told me that the cashier doesn't remember so they have to count the money. Then she told me that they were short for $25.00 and not over so they gave me the a phone number to call them back today (17OCT09). I called them and the manager told me that I have to talk with the owner and the owner pretty much said that he can't give the money back because they were short and not over. I just can't not believe that I have to pay for the cashier mistake. I'm contacting you because for me this is ridiculous. I want my money and what really bother me more if the way that they talk to me and handle the situation. I'm going to do whatever is necessary to have my money back because I just can not allow them to steal my money and abuse the customers
