Petsmart in Taylor, MI Cut My Dog

I dropped my dof off for grooming at 12:30, the girl said it would take about 3 hours. At 2:30 they called me and told me there had been an incident and my dog was being rushed to the emergency animal hospital. When I arrived at the vet, I found out that the tip of my dog's tongue had been cut completely off. They tried to tell me that he licked the scissors, when they were trimming his face. This does not make since to me. I called corporate head quarter to make a complaint, but they weren't any help either.
