Italian Interiors, Brookline, MA selling unsafe furniture, horrible customer service

I recently purchased a very expensive headboard and bed from this furniture store and paid to have them install it. Within a few days time after the bed was installed, the very heavy headboard came crashing down onto the bed. Luckily no one was sleeping in the bed when this hapenned. I called Italian Interiors and left messages for the owner many times to no avail. The only way I was finally able to get the owner of this store on the phone to address this serious issue with the bed, was to mention that I was calling regarding purchasing more furniture. Sure enough, the owner called me right back. However, once I tried to get the issue resolved, I quickly realized that this store and its owner have no interest in addressing post sale issues nor ceasing to sell their customers unsafe furniture. The owner is only interested in profit. Buyer Beware!!!
