Hospital breaches employee confidentiality

I wrote a complaint letter to Barton Hospital that I felt I was discriminated against by them with regards to my employment there. There are no Hispanic employees other than in cleaning positions. I am a Hispanic RN. Even the CFO, Kathy Cocking, was shocked when I passed the math exam for RN's. Then she told me to take an Aid position for 3 mos. since I had not worked in a hospital for 5 years. A few months later I met one of the docotor's wives who had not worked in a hospital for eight years. I wrote the discrimination letter and never heard from the hospital. This was March/April 2000. A few months later this doctors wife yelled at me at Raley's. A few weeks ago, 2009, she yelled at me at Border's Books. This hospital clearly discriminated against me and then breached my confidentiality by allowing my letter to circulate in the hospital.
