Ebay Buyers Don't Pay Now That Ebay won't Punish Them

Ebay Auctions Ebay 2145 Hamilton Avenue San Jose, Ca 95125 US www.Ebay.com I have been selling and buying on Ebay for about 9 years now. As you probably know Ebay & PayPay are almost one and the same, and both have changed their policies to where the buyers can really screw over the sellers. You cannot give any type of negative feedback to BUYERS on Ebay, the only thing you can do is check the GREEN DOT and leave commits. I suggest you leave true commits for the DEAD beats. I now read the commits because Sellers are starting to leave the real feedback there! Anyway, I recently ended a series of auctions on Ebay a couple of week back. 50% of the BUYERS Did not pay. That's right 50%. No, I did not ship! I had to contact the buyers as per Ebay policies, I had to wait and wait before I could file a dispute, then I had to wait some more. The we have to wait to get our listing fees and final auction fees back, and plead with Ebay to return them. Yes Ebay charges you the Fee's and the 8.75% selling fee's even though the BUYER hasen't paid YET! The Ebay Buyers are even so brazen that they will Email you saying they are not going to pay, and Ebay will Do NOTHING. Ebay does NOT CARE IN THE LEAST! I have copies of the Emails and phone conversations to prove it! I honestly believe these Ebay Buyers are are disgruntled Sellers who are creating new Ebay ID's to get back at ebay! So, Sellers on Ebay beware! P.S. I hope someone will come up with a alternative to Ebay & PayPal very Soon. Ebay bought Paypal years ago! Note the 2002 date. Try Bonanzle.com. Outstanding site. July 8, 2002 Posted: 8:42 AM EDT (1242 GMT) NEW YORK (CNN/Money) -- eBay said Monday it will acquire Internet payment service PayPal in an effort to simplify online buying and selling and also bumped up earnings guidance for the second-quarter by 2 cents a share. The online auction company said it will swap 0.39 share of its stock for each outstanding share of PayPal. Based on eBay's price Friday, the acquisition is valued at $1.5 billion. According to preliminary estimates, the purchase price also is expected to include approximately $18 million for acquisition-related costs. Ebay bought Paypal, not Paypay. Just so you know, Paypay is an actual company and you are giving them a complaint here for all to see, and you have the wrong company name on here. And, I agree with you totally about Ebay and Paypal policies and procedures.... Ebay and Paypal are totally disrespecting the people that helped build their company. if it wasn't for the sellers, there wouldn't be any buyers. It's ridiculous what the 2 companies are doing. i just had my Paypal account closed on me after 2 customers went against me and filed disputes with Paypal. the 1st person ordered $990.00 worth of product (asking me to rush the order) and within 24 hours decided they didn't want to go through with it, so instead of contacting me at all...they immediately filed a dispute with Paypal...putting my available money into the negative almost $1000.00-- the other lady, who placed 1 order on the 14th, then 5 days later said she wanted more items...I offered to ship both orders out together...she said this was fine...then, 3 days before the shipment even needed to be at her house, she files a dispute claiming that I didn't keep in touch with her...lo and behold, now my available amount went negative $900.00 -- so, all the orders that were placed within those 2 time periods went toward the refund, instead of going toward the products of the customers who sent the money. i am soooo sick of Paypal, Ebay, and now Google Checkout, who runs a financial processing dept. but has no (NONE) telephone support to call and speak with anyone.
