atrociously rude

Linda Knabb, the woman who I believe owns this salon, is not even passable as a human being. I used to work at the Sally Beauty Supply she frequented. She came before 9. The Sally's employees MUST go to the bank to drop off our deposit each morning (we never did it at night because of safety reasons). This b****, as many times as she was told, would NEVER get it through her thick skull that the bank opened at the SAME TIME we did, but that we NEEDED to go there. She would harass us when we came back from the bank, waiting outside, berating us for "being late" and was RUTHLESS and HORRIBLE. She bad-mouthed every single employee to our faces and to other customers. I had to deal with this MONSTER for 5 years during my stay at Sally's. If anyone is a retail employee, you know you're not supposed to act out against a customer. It was all I could do to not spit in this woman's face and swear her out. If she didn't get her way, she would treat you like an organism less than DIRT, like you were her slave and not even a human being. I hope Karma gives this monster what's coming to her. Even after I left Sally's, she continued to go there and be rude to the remaining employees. She deserves NO business to her salon. She only deserves misery in her life, like the misery she caused me and my co-workers.
