Overstock.com is understocked

I ordered a Toshiba wide angle lens from from Overstock.com around Oct.6th,2009. They confirmed my order accepted my credit card payment and guarunteed I would receive my shipment in three days. Four days later they said they could not make my guarutee date but shipment would be coming soon. Two more days went by and Overstock.com were now telling me that they were out of the lens that I ordered and that they would issue a repayment to my card. It took them a whole week to figure out that they had sold the last lens too someone else and this particular lens was being discontinued.
