I warn all consumers and car dealers to stay far away from this shipping logistics company. The company has proven itself time and time again to be unethical via a series of events in a transaction dispute this year. 1) For failure to deliver, let alone deliver on time a vehicle to an agreed upon destination 2)To contract with a shipping company that damaged the paint of a vehicle and not taking responsibility 3)For failure to return all phone calls in the delivery of a vehicle, pre-delivery and post-delivery 4)For failure to refund, as promised, for the lack of services provided promised both to the customer and to the dealer.

5)By providing false and misleading statements to a banking institution regarding services provided.

Potential recourse may be taken against Guaranteed Auto Shipping in the near future. Please be advised that they are misrepresenting themselves by claiming the "GUARANEED" safe, secure delivery of any vehicles in your fleet.

Well Total Access got me for $5100.. I did two loads for this company that they brokered out to me. They took the money from the dealer and never paid us. They knew what they were doing from day one. The dealer even told us it was weird because they kept calling him and rushing him into making a payment. I will find the owners of this comapny one day and make them pay in more ways then one for doing this to a hard working lil guy thats just trying to make it.

Under most circumstances we wouldn't feel the need to get involved in rumors, finger pointing or slander on the internet but this is starting to affect our business and we have no choice but to stand up for ourselves.

To set the record straight - WE ARE NOT ASSOCIATED IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER with Guaranteed Auto Shipping or any other business in Massachusetts or anywhere else. Yes, they are a shipping broker from the same state as us (MA) but that is where it ends.

It's not fair that we have to deal with their problems. Obviously a lot of people have had problems with them lately and are frustrated. Please take it up with them and not us.

The company closed, and did not pay us for the vehicle transportation. Their phones are disconnected. It was all planned out-they got carriers to move cars for free and collected all the money for themselves to go into their new business- Total access in Oxford, MA.
