APOLLO RIPS OFF EMPLOYEES

I was terminated from Apollo Motor Homes LLC on September 3rd 2009. I was told upon my termination that I would receive 2 weeks pay on top of my current owed wages + my bonus check for selling additional products that was already 3 months over due. My direct supervisor said that with in 48 hours from the 3rd of September I would receive this payment. This did not happen, It actually took them 8 days to deposit just my owed wages and 1 weeks pay. So I am missing 1 weeks pay and no bonus check. By the 14th of October I sent out an email to Human Rescourses regarding my owed money & did not receive a response till October 18th. The response said that due to a short fall during a time period before I was employed with the company that I would not receive my bonus money & that i was never promise 1 additional weeks pay. This company ripped me off & I would hope that any one considering working for this company get there paychecks in advance.

Mr Skylar Nelson was terminated during his probationary period because of performance issues. The company applied legal and procedural fairness and Skylar was paid all entitlements in full, according to legal requirements and his contract of employment.
