Verizon is not customer friendly

Tech screwed Verizon made it worse home and internet phone US I had just moved down to the Eastern Shore of Virginia. I contacted Verizon for phone service. Everything was great until I requested an internet line installed. THE TECH MESSED UP!! He crossed my home line with the new internet line. My home line had unlimited long distance. My internet line did not. Hello JUST FOR INTERNET. I did not know he switched lines until I got this ENORMOUS bill for long distance charges. I called Verizon and was assured A) the charges would be zeroed out and B) A tech would come put and put my internet connection on the internet line and my home line back on my home line. Well the tech came out and switched them, HOWEVER apparently the rep I spoke with switch services on the lines. NOW my internet line had unlimited long distance and my home line did not. This went on and on for 8 months. I refused to pay anything except for what I originally agreed on. This gets better. I refuse to pay Verizon a dime. They screwed up. They charged over 500.00 bux to me that they were going to dismiss because of their ADMITTED errors. Someone please explain how I am still getting 2 collection letters for 2 different amounts on the same account/phone number. Why do I ask this? Because the number is the internet line that I was only supposed to be charges 11.00 a month for. I have 1 bill for over 500 bux and another bill for 52 bux. When I look at the account number I see the phone number the charges were on however, the last 2 numbers are transposed. I would have no problems paying the 52.00 bill. That I honestly DO owe. However after spending MONTHS on with CLUELESS reps that say everything has been cleared, I will NOT pay a few hundred bux because their tech and CS and get their acts together. BITE ME VERIZON!!! PLEASE RESEARCH AND SEE HOW NO ONE RELATED TO ME USES ANY OF YOUR PRODUCT AND HOW 90% OF THE PEOPLE LIVING WITHIN 10 MILES OF ME CANCELLED YOUR SERVICE AFTER 2 MONTHS OF YOUR LIES AND DECEPTION. Hmmmm Funny how that works. Granted I have not accepted it until I know for sure that this will settle everything AND it reflects on my credit reports as such.
