Horrible service and arrangments

I ordered flowers for someone, and I saw them the next day when I visited. The arrangement was pitiful. It was so horrible and I was so embarrassed to have given someone something so ugly. I called the owner of A Main Street Florist, and she said she used a larger vase than she needed to so they were fine. (I guess a larger vase makes up for bad arrangements??? Not sure what that proved.) I told her they looked crappy. She told me I was crappy for not spending more money then hung up on me. When I tried to call her back, the person who answered the phone hung up on me. When I believed this would never be resolved with her in a positive manner, I had told her I would tell everyone I knew to never use her company because of the horrible flower arrangement and the rude service. She said that she didn't care and that I should just go ahead and do that. So, I'm letting as many people as possible know that I have never experienced such poor customer service before or have seen such a bad arrangement.
