Perfect speed computer optimizer AOL US aol.com I had a free trial for aol "perfect speed computer optimizer" for 30 days, I cancelled it on the 20th day and I have been billed for the last three months $9.94 per month. I spoke with aol, they gave me a number to contact 866-482-6493 and it tells you to go online to aol premium products and cancel through there, I did. I also left a message (you never speak with a human) and left them all my information to cancel, including my phone number that they requested. They said someone will contact me within 48 hours, they never did. I guess the only way to stop getting billed is to contact my bank and dispute the charges, and make it so they cant bill me anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions?
