Ameriwood Pantry- Impossible to assemble

I purchased the Ameriwood 4506 ready to assemble pantry. The problems began with the shelf supports, the pre drilled holes did not go all the way through. The pantry backing was cheap cardboard which ripped when removing it from the box. Unable to understand the instructions I called custonmer service. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes no one was able to help in any way. I have put together ready to assemble furniture before and never had problems like this. The instructions are incomprehensible and the poorly done illustrations are little assistance. I will never buy another Ameriwood product.
