American Eskimo Breeder

I purchased an American Eskimo puppy that was almost 14 weeks old. This was my second time purchasing a puppy through a breeder; this experience was horrible. The day I received my puppy, I noticed right away something was wrong with her. She would cry every time you tried to pick her up and even when she went to the bathroom. I called my vet and got her in right away. She had ROUND WORMS, HOOK WORMS, AND COCCIDIA; WHICH SHE COULD OF DIED FROM. I called the breeder as soon as I got home. I left him a message asking to call me because I had to take the puppy to the vet and that something was wrong. He NEVER returned my call so I e-mailed him, four days later, still no e-mail back. The following week I blocked my number and called him. He played STUPID. I told him everything that had happened, what was wrong with her, and told him he should have his dogs checked. He NEVER offered to pay me back for the vet bills, all he said was, â??Oh I am sorry that happened.â?? I waited until I thought she had a clean bill of health. The puppy was also behind on her shots that she should have had when I purchased her. Due to all of the medical problems I had with her, she was also almost 2 months behind on her shots. I sent out a registered letter with all of the vet bills and a print out of the web page of a HEALTH GUARANTEE PUPPY, which I did not get. I am over $200.00 in vet bills due to her health issues. Till this day, I have not received anything back refunding me. I have turned him into the UKC Kennel Club and a file is already opened on this breeder with all vet bills and medical issues that my puppy had. Just this week I sent him a text message letting him no I had turned him in and again asked to be given back my vet bills, again, no answer and no money. I already had an American Eskimo, and my first experience was great and she was the best to deal with. Stay way from Scott Richardson, he's all about the MONEY and not the health of his dogs.
