Hello. i am writing from my wife's email address because i can no longer get into my email account. someone hacked into my email account & changed my password. i can not remember the zip code i used when i signed up, that was long ago.

i have tried to get yahoo to help me... to no avail!

i am very irritated/frustrated!

i want my email account back!
