7600 Model NTL22840 NordicTrack US www.nordictrack.com The customer service department is the worst I have experienced. I ordered a part July 29, 2009 and was told two weeks. Each week or so that Icalled I was told '2 weeks'. This happened until October 16 when I canceled the order with 2 different people. Later that night it was shiiped and $600 was charged to my credit card. I called the company back and was told there was nothing they could do since it shipped.
