MY MONEY

i had $130 in store credit and i put $20 in for a reserve on a game and they said they would only give me my $20 back even though a month before that they said they would give me 20% off the complete amount of store credit! ive been going there for around seven years and have spent a lot of money there and they couldnt do this little thing for me?
