Lousy Service

Very inconsistant, late last year I placed a large order of custom badges, it was said to be delivered on a specific date (4-6 weeks), I received the order over a month later from the 6 weeks.

Yesterday, I placed an order for 150 badges, credit card was accepted, we got confirmation numbers and a thank you letter for our order.

Out of gut feeling, we decided to make a phone call anyways to make sure the order was placed, we later found out the order was never sent in, AGAIN...

This is a common practice for this business, I do not recommend their services to anyone, the support was horrable and so was their communication.
