HSN Misled Flexpayment

Fran HSN-home shopping network 857 Mountain View Piney Flats, TN 37699 US http://www.hsn.com/ I saw the commercial from HSN TV for Frank Sepe fitness Disc and wanted to try the fitness disc. When I placed my order, I choose 3 month flexpay option, this was clearly stated during the commercial from HSN on TV, and however, after I received my package and read my invoice, HSN charged me one time payment of $86.55 instead of divided amount. So I checked my bank account online and sure enough, they withdraw entire payment. I sent complain to them and received e-mail from one of customer service. In order for me to go back to the Flexpay, I need to call them up. Which I did. But the customer service staff told me that the Frank Sepe Fitness Disc does not offer Flexpay, even after I gave her the reason why I am calling. However, she gave me another number to call, 1800 474 8533, but this isn’t the working number! Are they kidding? Instead of fixing the issue, they made me to extra work, call and spent my time on things like this. I felt that HSN is misleading consumers and I am very frustrated.
