fake product

I order 2 pairs of ugg boots for total of $216 and on the webside they claim the boots are made of sheep leather as the original which i beleived i'm purchasing but instead they send me a complete fake not even look alike and they're smaller than the size i ordered.They refuse to return or exchange them which is unacceptable because they have a return option.
