failed to fallow through

The company was great on convincing our condo complex of quality assurance but failed to fallow through. At the first meeting oF service we were informed that clark pest control would provide additional door locks on our doors, which they did not provide, we were also reassured that the service person would speak to each condo one on one as a fallow up meeting, which did not happen, and items were stolen from some of the condos and there was no one professional to report to. False numbers where given and only labors returned phone calls with an attitude that didn't not help matters.

OWNERS BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Clark pest control can talk about good service but they do not fallow through with what they claim, "quality assurance.
