Walmart-Poor Vehicle Service
|
Service Department Walmart 7075 FM 1960 West Houston (Willowbrook), Texas 77069 Houston, Te 77069 US I arrived at 2:20 p.m. Walmart employee Ismael told me that he'd be a minute. At 2:24 he returned, registered my car (oil change) and told me to return in 30 minutes (there was no customers in front of me). I went to the McDonalds within the store, returning at 2:56 (30 minutes later). Over the next twelve minutes, I observed Ismael and Micheal wander in and out of the service area discussing who was going to change a tire on the car of a customer who arrived after me. Seeing my car being totally ignored, I became angry and found the manager of another department in the store, and asked her if a store manager was available. She told me he was gone for the day, but after hearing my complaint, she chewed out Ismael and Micheal. My car was finally serviced. At 3:16, I was at the cash register with another customer. Derrick, who had just came on duty, asked who was first. I told him that I had been waiting nearly an hour. Derrick then turned to the other customer and rang him up. I was totally disgusted by the poor service and I will never ever return to the Willowbrook location. Mr. Walton needs to train his employees on customer service, or give up servicing cars in Willowbrook.
