IFB Dishwasher - No Service despite AMC

Hi,

I’d purchased IFB dishwasher long back and it’s under Annual Maintenance Contract with IFB. We had opened up a complaint on 24th June 2009 for malfunctioning of dishwasher, and since then, we are getting bad service from IFB service centre. Till date, (14th Oct 09) dishwasher is not at all functioning, and we are not getting any updates from IFB. I have no clue where to go now as we are suffering a lot. Here is the list of people whom we talked, but despite all these efforts, ticket is still open.
