Cavalier Telephone 2704 ALT 19 Palm Harbor, FL 346832639 US cavtel.com On 10/14/09 I went to use my phone to call my dad's doctor and there was no dial tone. I called Cavalier and the lady told me there was a problem outside in the box, someone would be here by 4 pm to fix it. At 5:30 no one had been here so I called back and was told our phone had been disconnected by error and would be turned back on within 3-5 business days. I had paid the bill 2 weeks ago, so I know it wasn't because I didn't pay. I told them I have an emergency here, my dad just got home from the hosp with congestive heart failure and kidney failure and we needed this phone in case he needed help. They told me again it would be 3-5 business days, they didn't care that we have an emergency situation here. I even tried other companies and they also said 3-5 days.
