Received the window motor as ordered. Discovered I did not need the part and requested an RMA. They said there would be a restocking fee. Fine! They quoted the 10% fee. I received my credit notice and the fee was doubled. I called and they absolutely refused to even discuss it.

The gate lift would not fit my Celica. I told them about it. They said since it was a UNIVERSAL fit and not a custom fit, it was up to me to modify it. I threw it into the trash.
