Consumer Reports Web Site

Irony of ironies, my worst web site experience in the last year is Consumer Reports.

The web site kept giving me error messages when I was trying to do research before a purchase, so ended up buying without their help.

Registered a complaint on their web site, which by the way is harder to find than on any web site Ive used

1 week later, no response.

So go to cancel account, and guess what, no money back on subscription, even though I have 9 months left. So Consumer Reports doesnt stand behind its product?

The word hypocrisy comes to mind ....
