These people Kat and Geremy who live in Canada, have made completely bogus unsubstantiated and totally overexagerated claims pertaining to an alleged rental! The actual facts pertaining to these events are totally different to what is described here. These people have made libelous claims and attempted to exthort payments from me. I cannot accept to pay anyone who makes these kinds of threats because I have no idea where it would end. Clearly they are trying to sabotage my reputation by demanding payments which have no validity in reality.

You, Mr Yann Housden, are not and never have been a client of this company.

The blog that you write and have tagged this company to is erroneous and libelous.

This company invites you to withdraw totally what you have published and issue a public apology within 48 hours, otherwise, please be advised that Sarl Immobilier FEACO reserves its rights to pursue you for damages not exceeding 500,000 Euros in the Courts of Toulouse, France.

Furthermore, Mr Housden, be advised that I have been given a copy of your email 09.25 am June 24th - I quote from your email;

'complaints.com listed today! please take some time to review the truth of my complaints! i will remove the complaint from the web when you return my 13,000 euros! otherwise this complaint will come up for all searches for your personal and business names!'

That, Mr Housden is extortion, a criminal issue to add to your already extensive list of civil issues.
