Short Sale Washington Mutual Bank US I been waiting to have a Short Sale approved by Washington Mutual Bank, for over 8 months. They keep saying that it take time. I have a buyer ready to purchase the house. My home is located in Stockton CA. But the buyers are also upset about how long it is taking. I feel that the bank is letting my house go into default, because they know that the goverment will pay the balance. Can someone help me please.
