Over charging by verizon

I was(as I terminated my contract) a verizon fios customer. After termination of contract, I received the final bill stating some extra-ordinary charges for services I never used or was ever informed.

On calling verizon customer care - they said that we informed in the form of a E-mail which was probably deleted by you and that they can not send another copy of the same E-mail now -- because my account is now terminated with verizon. They refused for further help and threatened to refer the matter to the outside collection agency. Bottom line -- SAY NO TO VERIZON IF U DON'T WANT TO BE CHEATED
