Never received order

Fanfire US I have been waiting 3 months for two items to get back in stock nothing has happened. My card has been charged for one item but I never received anything. Called but no help was given, not one bit. This is the LOUSIEST service I have ever seen in my life. I'm placing a complaint and am also writing to U2's management to inform them of this so-called 'customer service' where the only thing I got when answered once in a while were template responses.
