Seiko watches
|
model FY39 US I bought a Seiko watch about five years ago. After 2 years the battery needed to be replaced. I always replace my own battery but i found out that this was not possible with a Seiko and the manual just said take it to a Seiko dealer to replace battery which I did. It was like hireing a electrician to replace a light bulb. Then I found that the band got to tight for my wrist and needed to be adjusted. Again I found this to be an imposible task. The Seiko manual again advised me to take it to a Seiko dealer to adjust the band. I instead bought myself a new watch. Of course not a Seiko. Seiko is the most customer unfriendly company I ever delt with.
