Poor business practices -- I scheduled a carpet cleaning for today. Yesterday I was told that the crew would arrive between 2 and 4. This morning, I removed all of the furniture in the two rooms to be cleaned. At 4 pm, I called to find out where the men were. I was told that they would be there closer to 7 pm. How does one properly clean a carpet at night? I told the clerk on the phone that this is not acceptable, at which point she hung up on me. When I called back, I got the person who had

scheduled the appointment. She told me tshe never gave me a 2 hour window because they always schedule between 8 and 12 and 1 and 6. When I asked for the corporate phone number to register a complaint, she, too, hung up on me.

Clearly, these people need training in how to run a business and how to deal with the public.
