BiggerBooks.com Is a Rip Off!

BiggerBooks.com BiggerBooks.com US http://www.biggerbooks.com This site is a rip off! They advertise books at the best prices around, even cheaper than Amazon.com. However, they do not tell you on their website that they are "selling" you a book that THEY DO NOT PHYSICALLY HOLD IN THEIR FACILITY! I ordered a book more than a month ago from them and NO WHERE on their site or payment page did they state that they were going to take my order and "look for" a copy of the book for me. A month later, I get an email saying that "they can't locate a copy through their suppliers" and "my order is cancelled"! I've passed up the opportunity to buy the book several times because I had one "on the way"! Now I find out that the book was never in their hands to begin with! And, no, this is not an in-print and easy to find book. So, they probably prevented me from getting a copy for a long time. This is bordering on fraud, selling something that you don't have... Don't waste your money and/or time here. I put in an ISBN for a book. Biggerbooks responded to my search query with a book that had the same name but was not the same book. When I got the book I immediately notified them, and they responded. I explained the issue and they said they would charge me a restocking fee along with the shipping charges. I told them that I shouldnt be charged a restock fee since they were the ones that sent me the wrong book. So, they suddenly stopped answering any of my mails, and now I cant get a return sheet from them so that I can send the book back. The amount I lost from them was 95.00. Shameful.
