restocking fee too high

I bought a pair of shoes for $150 and a cycling jacket for the same amount from them. The jacket was so tight that even the largest would be too tight. I really need to try a jacket on to make sure of the fit. I asked for a refund and for them to waive the restocking fee of 15% since I kept the shoes. They said no, they could't waive it. So now I'm paying $22.50 to "restock" and $8 for shipping for a refund. I think this is a very steep price and highly recommend you be aware of their policy before purchase.
