They asked to wait as there are 2 people in front of us. We waited patiently and when our chance came they said there is one more person in front of us. Again we waited. Finally we were called and asked to sit for passport size photo. Now they say that their equipment has a problem and need to wait until they call the help line. After waiting for 2 hrs, we were so disappointed. They told they will give free photo for the inconvenience. We told, call us when the equipment is ready. We headed back home and on the way we got the call from JCpenny that they fixed the problem and are ready to shoot. We reached there within 10 minutes. A photo session was going on and we waited patiently. After that they called another customer and here we lost all our patience. Is this racialism or are they teasing us. We said we do not want their service as we don’t want to get humiliated again. If they were so sorry for their problem, why is that they not calling us. We consider this as poor service and not to do any more business with JC Penny portrait. This was happened at the Fields ertel, Mason, OH location.
