I ordered some items from a company I have used before, and the package was shipped UPS. I received an email with the tracking number and saw it was "Out for Delivery" on Friday, 11/6/09 which was great since it was frozen foods items. So, get home no package. Go on the computer and track the link later on Fri night to find out that it wasn't delivered because I had moved and they were sending me a post card. Was someone going to tell me I moved, cause I didn't know. So I call and I get a nice person (fall over) who was sorry this happened, I had advised him that my apt number was different then the vacant one I knew of. I was assured that it would be delivered Monday the 9th and I would get a call confirming this. Monday morning at 8:15am I get this nasty woman calling me to tell me that it is my fault that I moved! I advised her that I have not moved in the past 5yrs and I have lease renewals to prove it, & that I was concerned that this package was going to be completely ruined as it was frozen foods items they were unable to deliver in a timely manner. She told me I could go pick it up, I advised her that I worked 2 jobs and that they needed to hire people who can read delivery addresses correctly. She told me there was nothing she could do and it would be there on Tues. So I will find out tomorrow if it still good and at the correct apt this time. Best part, UPS just delivered 2 other packages from elsewhere with no problems.
