Web Hosting at Manashosting.com Bad support

I purchased their Webspace by the invoice No MHBC2009-292044 sent on 07/11/2009 and paid immediately. This is one month package. I asked their trial test space to know their quality but they didnot give me.Company has a policy of not giving any trial test space. Ok I paid one month invoice and tried for it. But after 3 days of my continutious mail and Phone and their chat support no body given a space for my hosting. I also raised the ticket in their site and now they said they couldnt find any such Ticket( Ticket KJS-343532)in thier site. I took this space for my immediate purpose. I lost my purpose.and till now now solution. I advise all friends , dont go to this Manashosting.com Service providers for their Web space. You will loose your productive time and Money.
