STAY AWAY from Greater New Jersey Mortgage !!! -- Roger Parekh FRAUD !!!!

I contacted Roger Parekh from Greater New Jersey Mortgage company to Refinance my house around January 2009. He gave me a very good rate with very good closing cost, I was interested and he started the procedure. Once the procedure started he started delaying it with some execuses. Finally he sent some Asian/American woman in my house saying that she will do an appraisal of my house and I need to pay $350 in cash. I did but she or he did not give me a copy of the appraisal ever even after I requested for that a number of times. Finally he could not close my loan and kept on delaying the procedure. Aftre waiting for 6 months I requested him to pay me back my $350 and I told him that I do not want to do the refinancing from them. Aftre that one of the Wells Fargo agents told me that Greater New Jersey Mortgage is a ripoff and they steal peoples money this way. He also told me that I am lucky that I lost only $350 he knows about lot of other people who has lost thousands of dollar to these crooks and they finally cannot close the loan or even if theuy close they charge you more higher rates and closing cost than what was promised. it is almost one year now I have done my refinancing from some other agent but did not yet got my $350 from Greater New Jersey Mortgage company. If you want s smooth closing please stay away from Greater New Jersey Mortgage and specially from the agent ROGER PAREKH.
