John Varvatos Defective Shoes

I purchased a pair of John Varvatos Side Gore Welt Slip On Ankle Boots with a retail price of $365.00. After wearing them less than 6 times, the shoes were found to be defective. A hard raised piece of what I assume adhesive is under the insole of the left shoe causing pressure and pain on the bottom of my foot. John Varvatos will not replace them.

My Wife bought me these shoes as a Christmas present, I went with her to buy a Christmas present, I really love these shoes the look sleek and was extremely comfortable it happened to rained that day it was the Tuesday after Christmas the shoes took in water I was really surprised have bought over 100 pairs of shoes and none of them took in waters that was built like this we returned the shoes without any problem, and got another one same style, this one took in water also, The manufacturer took it back also so I am look at other shoe company to find a replacement and I am having a difficult time finding one I don’t know if these shoes are not to be worn when our side is wet or there was a problem with this batch or because they were Made in China they did not pay attention to quality
