"GREAT FUN" "GREAT FUN" MEMBERSHIP US I noticed in my Nov monthly AE statement that there is a charge from Great Fun for $11.99. Going back several months I found that this has been charged for several months without me noticing it (shame)! I called Great Fun and challenged them to produce evidence that I had signed up for such membership. Then I called AE. The AE agent was very courteous and told me that this case is qualified for immediate reversal of charges. Obviously, AE had received other complaints of the kind. I am very impressed by the AE customer service quality and deplored the way Great Fun sneaks such charges!
