Flat screen TV Sears Roebuck and Company US I am getting screwed by Sears. Sears is not the quality, hi ideals store it used to be. Do not shop there anymore. My wife and I purchased a 46 LCD. Guilt got the better of us and we decided to bring the tv back to sears to purchase tires she needed for her vehicle. We brought the tv back to sears and they refused to give us a credit for it. We explained it was an impulse buy and that we needed tires. They would make a sale either way. They refused to help. Didn't care. We left the tv with sears and contacted sears credit. It took 45 days and we heard from Sears Credit saying they could not get the money back. We went back to the Sears store to get our tv back and it is no where to be found. They say there is nothing they can do. I can't believe this is OK? I will never shop there again.
