Fake dog rescue and liar, scammer

Samantha Chan posted a fake email regarding a ligitmate rescue called Heaven Can Wait. Because of her lie, she was able to upset a couple who was working with Heaven can wait to adopt a dog. Now there is negative comments regarding Ruth and Heaven Can Wait, a true rescue organization. Samantha Chan is a liar, she sells dogs claiming they are rescued and keeps large adoption fees and never sends any medical records. I personally had to sue her in court, she never showed up, lied to the judge and in order for her to return my money, I would have had to give her back the sick dog she sold me, and I wouldn't trust her with a dead goldfish. Please, ignore her posts and don't listen to anything she says regarding Heaven Can Wait. Restraining orders are about to begin if she continues her psychotic lies, which in turn cause dogs to be needlessly euthanized since she is scaring people away from real rescues. Don't buy a dog from her, she is the definition of a scam artist, con man, liar and cheat.
