T-Mobile Customer Service

I changed my calling plan to an unlimitted plan along with a text message plan back in April 2009. Granted I have been relying on the easy pay feature to pay the bill and I hardly look at my bill. Now my text plan is not on the bill and T-Mobile has no record of any text message plan. I called and ask the rep to look at my pattern of use for the text messaging since April to verify that i have used text mesagging a lot more since then and reprice my bill correctly. T-mobile offered to take half of the text messaging charges off for the previous month and make if effective for the current month. I have take the time to file this complaint because T-Mobile has a break down in it's service when my plan was not changed correctly and after two calls T-Mobile have refused to reprice my bill retroactive to April 2008. I have one more year left in this contract but I am ready to pay the penalty and get out of this contract. Why should I ( and my family) do more business with a company when it's customer service department is not willing to take time and investigate the merit of this case. I have been in the customer service industry for a long time. For the spirit of service, and more importantly, being fair to customer, T-Mobile really comes up short here. I don't know if T-Mobile cares if they lose an account or not, but I am not going to keep that regular stream of revenue from me or anyone I know coming to T-Mobile if this is not resolved.

I am not asking for anything more than what was promised. I want T-Mobile to reprice my text message charges back to April 2008. It just makes good business sense.
