WHY BUY THE AIRLINE INSURANCE??

I was in Mass helping my sister who had cancer surgery. She had problems. While at the Dr.'s office(Aug 18) he examined her and said her stiches had opened (it also happened again while I was there)

He told me I needed to stay. He even took time out of his busy schedule to fill out all forms that they requested. Her husband is in Iraq serving our country and my sister needed help.

I paid for insurance now they won't pay unless my sister's primary care Dr gives them all records of hers.This is unacceptable and has nothing to do with why I had to stay.
