Poor Service and Product Support

Electric ranges LG US I purchased an LG range 3 years ago and the oven control touch pad has failed. The range was bought at Home Depot who do not service LG products. LG maintains a restricted service group and will not share parts with independent service repair companies. LG Service by phone provides a phone number for a service person who is also not responsive. We have been trying for a week to get someone to even answer the phone.
