US I purchased a ticket from lufthansa for my girl friend. She became ill and had to be admitted to the hospital for treatment. After six month lufthansa cancelled her ticket for $1500 and kept our money. They have been uncorroborative and have kept our money. This company does not care about their customers. You do not keep $1500 and give back nothing!! Are you serious? Especially when an illness is involved. DON'T BUY A lufthansa TICKET! They will take your money and find an excuse to keep your money. Their customer service is nonexistant! We talked to their manager in Romania and they completely denied any responsibility in honoring our ticket after six months. Good companies work with their customers but not lufthansa! Don't waist your time or money on this company!! There are other complains against them as well.
