Airtel Excess Bill due to their server switching issue

Bharti Airtel BroadBand Bharti Tele media services Bharti Airtel LIMITED Plot No. 21 Rajiv Gandhi technology I.T Park Chandigarah 160101 Mohali, Pu 160055 IN www.airtel.in Respected Sir/Madam, I am usind airtel broad band service and my internet is free from 08.00 pm to morning 08.00 am but unfortunately I start using my net on 13th october 2009 from 07.58 pm and my net is free from 08.00 pm but airtel has charged me Rs.2800 for only 2 minutes and I have logged the complaint 4 times and they are not resolving the issues ans they are saaying I have to pay the bill.
