Cabrio Washer - Cabrio Dryer Whirlpoo US WASHER: Lid wont close unless you push down very hard and then its still no guarantee the lid will lock. DRYER: Door doesn't stay closed. We have to use duct tape to keep the door from opening when in use! Save your money! Dont buy these! Ours is 4 years old and this started happening about a year after we got it! I was contacted by a Whirlpool rep (Stephanie) as the result of this post. All the necessary repairs were promptly and professionally made . Everything currently is working fine.
